I m eating ice cubes sicne two days ,what are the side effects,? I have Erosive GASTRITIS and DUODENTITIES Will ice cubes help in soothing it or will work negatively,?

Ice cubes have no benefit. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Discuss in detail. A proper treatment can heal Gastritis well.
