Its been almost 2 3 months that i am facing GAS problem in my stomach in evening few hours after lunch or whenever i eat out of my schedule.... i have been drinking ENO sometimes but its not getting corrected. Please suggest some remedy

Hi, Sometimes I am seeing blood in my stool. Also I am feeling little discomfort when sitting sometimes during morning. Is it symptoms of piles??? I didn't see any abcess or discharge or swelling near my anus hole. Everything is clean. What could be the problem. Thinking to visit surgeon. Note: 2 years back I had fistula surgery. Please reply.
