Bloating nd not getting cleaned in morning plenty of gases accute acidity not filling good dizziness

I am expereincing pain on left side of abdomen. I had kidney stones in the past.Kindky suggest me whats the problem in this case

I'm always bloat and gas often in these days. My stomach size also have been increased how to control it?

I m having problem of gas. Reason- due to hunger If i ll not take break fast or don't take meal on time, then i ll suffer from d gastric problem. And it will convert into extreme headache. Please help what should i do. How can i do overcome on this

After belching(4-5 times)I feel some sort of movements  in my lower abdomen..why does this happen?Also why does my fart always smell??is it normal??(whenever gas comes out it is so bad smelling that it makes the entire room full of odor)..What are the reasons?Also stool is sometimes sour smelling...

Suffering from acute acidity plus burning sensation in mouth particularly on lips and tough . Earlier I was detected by Gastritis and H Pyroli infection for which I have already completed the said course . Now I am facing acute acidity plus burning sensation on lips and tough . Biopsy report attached. It shows chronic active duodentities ? H pylori infection For this my doctor gave antacids . Is it sufficient? Do antibiotics needed for h pylori infection?

Lower abdomen muscle are tender bulgy and stiff. Bowel movement is very slow don't feel the pressure for poop. I have fatty liver. Is the symptoms is normal?

Im having diarrhea like condition from a long time. Doctor gave me probiotics and rabeprazole. But after that also, there's a lot of explosive stool with gas. Yesterday i was sitting and i farted and a sticky fluid came out which smelled like fish 🐟.  Is it amoeba? Doc told me its because of acidity and told me to do endoscopy.
