Pricking Pain near navel since morning sometimes less sometimes more and sometimes slight spasm in lower abdomen...currently on ciplox tz medication for infection...also wound near navel not healed(subtotal colectomy on 27.03.2019)plz tell what should be done??

I have taking antibiotic for 14 days but my symptom still remain maybe it is resistance to my body because I took mox 1 g cletromacine 500 mg and nesxum 20 mg for 14 days 4 weeks ago ,then after that I did endoscopy it shows H-pylori positive I have taking levoflaxine 500 mg with mox 1 g and rabeprazol 20 mg for 14 days but still my symptom and reflux remain kindly tell me what to do and please find my endoscopy enclosed attchment . And you can see the medics instead of clrtomacine I took levoflaxne because I told the doctor I have already taken that then he changed to levoflaxine please help me and tell me what to do I have very bad burning in my esophagus and shortness of breath . Please help me .

Since last 4-5 years I'm facing issue with my stomach it makes weird noises when Im in silent place like meetings. I have consulted with many doctors. Everything is fine but still my stomach makes noises..please suggest im fed up.of this

My husband is 32 yr old nonalcoholic person..few days earlier Dr diagnosed that he is been suffering from non alcoholic fatty liver(steatoheptitis) with portal and peripheral fibrosis activity score 3+1+1=5/8..fibrosis score 1c...I want to what is the stage of this disease...is it curable ..if any body know plz share with me. Hello , I have a digestive issue where I feel an urge to pee and then some stomach uneasy feeling also comes . Also some embyosis kind of pattern is found too.

I am suffering from stomach fullness for last 1 year. When ever i eat anything, even a single piece of biscuit, i feel heavy in my stomach. Also i use to get intense sleep after each meal. If i don't sleep i feel heaviness in my eyes and severe headache. After any meal i feel very lazy and not able to do any work. It is affecting my work, as whole day i feel haeviness in my stomach and weakness. As well for the last 6 months i am not able to digest milk and panner. I used to be a very strong person earlier, but now for last few days, i have felt that i use to cry on very small things. 1  Year back i got married, and i am facing all problems after that only. Can i get any best solution to go further?
