Dear Doctor, I am 26yrs old. I got rashes on my body and went to doctor for checkup in Feb 2019. The doctor suggested me to go for Ultrasound📎. The ultrasound report suggested that “Fundus of gall bladder is seen folded back upon the gallbladder body with echogenic avascular lesion measuring 2.3*1.3cm -Likely Phyrigan cap deformity of gall bladder with sludge ball. Less likely mass lesion.” Post which, the doctor suggested to go for CT scan and the report suggested “Gallbladder is distended with Phyrigan cap deformity. Opposing mucosa of the fundus are thickenend (5mm) showing hyperenhancement, abutting the serosa focally in superior aspect. No periserosal stranding”. 📎Symptoms:1. Severe stomache (sometimes)2. Rashes (Whenever I consume junk/protein food)The doctor suggested to avoid protein food completely and I'm following strictly. Additionally, the doctor suggested to go for galbladder removal on a priority basis. Request you to suggest what could be the best medical treatment

My father had some problems in kidney and in heart due to this he take medicines and all are ok from last Saturday he had black stool for 3 times some dizziness as well as weakness he consulted with general physician,she gave some medicine as well as some test,think it is malina. My father had bad habit of empty stomach. Now tell me what to do I am too much scared.

Is pruease 1mg used in the treatment of rectoanal intussusception and SRUS(had subtotal colectomy on 27.03.2019)doc said before it might not have worked due to colonic inertia,but now he is saying it might work...is the prescribed  medication due to intussusception

I have severe stomach pain for more than 3 weeks. I was admitted in hospital for the same, there doc did regular scan, CT scan, stool test, urine test, creatine test and other blood test. Everything test came out normal other than crp test. Doc gave me ciplox tab and when the pain did not reduce she gave me colospa r. My pain reduced after I stopped taking montair lc (I was taking it for allergic sinus for few years). I still have abdominal pain and feel bloated. Please suggest medicines for the same.

Hello I am suffering from autoimmune hepatitis with liver cirrhosis since 2015 my weight is 65kg and I am taking omnacortil 10 and azoran 50mg.my problem is that I often get nauseated and full.i am not been able increase my weight. Recent reports shows no sign of cirrhosis but of chronic parenchymal liver disease and autoimmune hepatitis is still there. Please suggest me on this situation of getting nauseated and advise on how to increase weight?

Having 3.9 3level in total billirubin . Direct billirubin is 1.12 Indirect billirubin is 2.81 But HBsAg(Hepatitis B surface Antigen) is negative (0.001) Then why billirubin content showing high.

I changed my doctor He said the previous doctor fooled you You didnt had bleeding and they did endoscopy He said The bleeding that is shown in report is due to endoscopy He said that when u vomitied during endoscopy lead to bleeding and they did APC Is it possible,??? Whom should i believe  now? The new or old one
