Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having a mild pain 1-2 inches above by belly button to be accurate.  Having this pain since 1.5 months.  Sometimes the pain is high and sometimes the pain is low. I'm scared. I have took ultrsound scand of my abdomen and all parts looks good. Wat is causing me this trouble??  Kindly advise me

Hello all, I have diarrhea only once a day in the morning. I have 2-3 bowel movements and the bowel movements gets more solid as the day progresses. What could be causing this? This is my diet : morning 1/2kg of fruits with dry fruits and grated coconut, afternoon rice and sambar with sabji and greens, night ragi porridge liquid with grated coconut and dry fruits. I also drink around 3 litres of everyday. Could the morning diarrhea be caused due to my diet?
