Can retching during endoscopy leads to bleeding ??? My endoscopy shows - pooled blood seen in fundal mucosa secondary to retching Plz explain

I have weight loss issue Doctor prescribed CBC LFT ESR and thyroid and diabetes test Out of which Thyroid and diabetes are NORMAL CBC : Norml rbc wbc hb platelet HIGH monocyte LOW PCV ESR -25(slightly high) LFT All norml Except GLOBULIN -high What does -high globulin+,high monocyte +low pcv means ??? I have weight loss issue Lost 11kg in one year

I am healthy male living abroad currently. I had my gall bladder removed in December 2018. My recovery and diet was normal post surgery. However 2 weeks ago i developed mild flu like symptoms with loss of appetite and bloating. My flu symptoms have gone but i still have not got my normal appetite back. I can eat but feel full all day and bloated after a meal. I dont have nausea or vomiting, blood in stools or other alarming conditions. Please guide me as im very stressed about these sudden change in conditions. I do not smoke and rarely drink post surgery.

I had my cholecystectomy done in December. Post that I recovered well. I had a healthy appetite and could eat a normal diet with all the necessary precautions. However, 2 weeks ago i began my normal exercise routine and after a week developed mild flu symptoms like body ache, fatigue and loss of appetite. Im better now but still i feel bloated and have my normal appetite has not been regained. Is this something related to my surgery? I live abroad and am worried about this. I do not have any pain or fever or other obvious symptoms. Please help.

I had diarrhea 6 months back which made my digestion weak and I started having digestion issues like gas and acidity and constipation once. Im fine from a month but when I stopped taking pantocid, I started having heating/irritating sensation in my stomach region. When I take it there is no symptom at all. What is the reason for that?? Is it gastritis coz of H.pylori. Can anyone tell me the symptoms of H pylori infection. I just have this heating sensation and no other symptom which is very uncomfortable, is it gastritis. Can any experienced doctor tell me that have they seen a case like this and what can be done for this??Help

Is it possible to loose around 10kg of weight in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) ? Im loosing weight and my doctor said that u may have ibs thats why u r loosing weight . Im taking adequate amount of diet...eating normlly Plz answer IS IT POSSIBLE TO lOOSE  10kg WEIGHT DUE TO IBS ???

My husband is taking thyroxin medicines 300mcg post total thoracotomy surgery. He has gastric issues and frequent bowel movements post meals everytime. He had this problem prior to the surgery also. After every meal

From last six months, I have to go 3 4 times a day for stools. Stools are normal, I am gaining weight also, my work is sedentary. What is the problem I am facing ?

Around 2 and half months back I felt acute burning sensation in stomach which was felt in food pipe as well as in mouth . Later consulted a gastrologist who prescribed medicine plus endoscopy . Endoscopy detected corpus and antral gastritis , plus H Pyroli Infection . Was given medicine kit for 14 days which showed some progress in me with reference to the symptoms. Right after that was again put on medicine such as H2 Blockers and proton pump inhibitor for 15 days . As of current I am some what examining acidity plus burning sensation in mouth .Now doctor has again given medicine to be followed for 2 months . In the mean time I my self went for stool test for H Pyroli . Test came as negative . I fail to understand why am I still having symptoms like acidity, burping and belching plus burning symptoms in mouth particularly on lips .

I had subtotal colectomy(ascending to sigmoid anastomosis)(colon inertia)on 27th march.Doc did not perform total colectomy because he feared loose motion.I was fine after surgery(stool coming out in full force and felt satisfied)then this feeling started to change until one day started passing stools several times a day-with blood mixed with mucus,have past history of SRUS,rectoanal intussusception,mucosal prolapse,weak squeeze pressure(on manometry)now passing motion 4-5 times a day(no relief)soon after coming back from bathroom feeling discomfort something moving up and down between lower abdomen and rectum and loud audible and extremely foul smelling gas)He did repeat sigmoidoscopy which revealed rectal ulceration(biopsy-chronic colitis),gave srfil and mesacol enema,but no help..Yesterday he gave pruease 1mg.While passing motion,i feel rectum is folding outwards and stool moving back.what is the reason?why did doc give pruease inspite of doing surgery?plz answer..
