I have constipation and digestive disorder issue more than 3 months, sometimes it goes away but comes again. how to overcome of this problem?

I go to washroom and pass my stool then no urge for few minutes I feel like its over but then again stool comes out..Why does it happen?what medicine and diet would help me?plz tell

From 3 weeks i feel little burping and stomch mild burning after eating also stool is soft...no any pain in stomach

There is a mild pain and I feel some kind of swelling inside intestines next to my belly button on right side. Sometimes the pain spreads till my lower right rib. Sometimes I feel like there is something blocked. My faeces are normal and yellow. What could be causing this condition?

Sir dr rahul poddar, Thanks for always good replies sirji. My question is still the same what are the diseases does colonscopy detect and out of which is my disease which diseases i fall in. 1. Do my colonscopy reports shows ibd. Irritable bowel disease 2. Choronic disease. 3. Stomach ulcers 4. Colon cancer 5. Is my colon is okay i mean is there any parameters where it comes to ibd or infection in colon or colitis. DOES COLONSCOPY REPORT SHOWS IBD AND DO THEY MARK IBD AND WHAT IS IBD I NEVER SEE BLOOD IN MY STOOL. 6. My stomach is not clear i don't get proper stool just after eating i keep fating and needs to rush to washroom and stool is bad. 7. Is it a IBD, IBS, CHORONE DISEASE, COLITIS OR SOMETHING VERY DIFFERENT. 8. PLEASE HAVE A LAST REPLY SO I CAN GET BIT RELIEF PLEASE I BEG YOU SIR RAHUL

As per the latest reports and having treated with best doctors in lilavati then to my problem is same. Despite of having several test and mostly colonscopy test doctors are not able to conclude me with the exact problem what i am going through. So i am attaching the colonscopy reports and needs your suggestions. The reports show solitary rectal ulcer, does this cause cancer of rectrum or colon. 1. The entire colonscopy does it shows and problem related to colon 2. Does the colonscopy needed again. 3. Does colonscopy is exact for colon cancer 4. Finally please conclude me with the disease which i am facing diz days. 5. Does solitary rectal ulcer is life threatening disease or can cause to cancer. 6.
