Hi I have high fever Headach and upper part of stomach is painful after eating. Urine is white stool is normal

So looks like I ate something wrong last night outside and feeling the effects this morning. Had 2 cheese pepper chicken roll (which I guess was old). This morning I woke up because of a stomach ache leading to having loose motions. Not a spiking pain but yes there is little pain.
