Right upper quadrant pain in abdomen
Hello in 2017 i have done endoscopy and colonoscopy because of pain in abdomen then the reports were normal with only antral gastritis..then recently i got my appendix removed whixh was not shown in any scan but doctor removed due to pain which was in lower right abdomen and its fine now...right am still feeling pain in RUQ and i went to the surgeon and he tells me that i have IBD because i had some loose stools...but from coupke of days my stool is normal so why the doctor told i havs ibd ...and if it was ibd why did it not show in colonoscopy which was done in 2017...and medications i used are rifagut and sompraz l...please help me with this issue ...am i having ibs or ibd.

IBD is Inflammatory Bowel disease. While IBS is Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Disease nature and Treatment vary a lot for these conditions. So visit a good Gastroenterologist and solve the issue.
