  4. Pain in lower abdominal part. Serious?

Pain in lower abdominal part
Hllo dr.I have felt a mild pain in my lower abdominal part on left side..therefore I have done an USG.The impression shows that 'no ascites is seen and mildly distended gut loop near LIF region.what does it mean dr.?Is there anything serious?

These are signs of colitis . Discuss in detail for further evaluation and treatment planning. High fibre diet. Salads green vegetables fruits etc. Plenty of fluids.
