Im vegetarian.I get body pain mostly in back, thighs and legs after eating protein rich foods like sprouts, soya, wheat roti or kuttu. I do not take any protein supplements and usually keep low protein diet ( less than daily need of 1gper kg) still if sometime i eat small quantity of above foods or high protein food. Even a glass of milk sometime very early morning like 4am causes pain in thighs. I get immense pain and I cant sleep.
What is the problem I have and what is the solution ?
