Is this external hemorrhoid?

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi all I had a bit of a straining and a lump is formed. Is it external hemorrhoid or something else? I also stretched the skin while taking picture and it caused a bit of blood in the posterior region. Should I worry? I have anovate cream will it work?

These seem to be internal as well as external components of pile mass Avoid CONSTIPATION hard stools straining etc. Treatment depends on stage grade location number etc But avoiding CONSTIPATION and MEDICINES for piles can bring SIGNIFICANT difference if taken properly.
