Homeopathy for Gr-iv External Hemorrhoid

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have external hemorrhoids that feels hard and impossible to push inside the anus. I am experiencing a lot of pain. I can not sit. Can not walk properly and this is happening for 6 days. In the 6th day I am experiencing slight bleeding too. Doctor has suggested laser surgery but I want to try homeopathic medicines. I am taking a lot of natural fiber in form of fruits and vegetables. I drink a lot of water. The stool has become softer but the pain and tightness in the swollen anus is very uncomfortable for me. The pain increases after passing stool and stays for a long time. Please suggest medications.

For grade IV haemorrhoids, Surgical Haemorrhoidectomy is indicated worldwide as this can't be shrieked with medicines due to loss of ligament structure which holds piles and failure lead to prolapse of piles out side anal canal
