Hello doctors I had hemorrhoid doctor advised me to take himalaya pilex thrice daily I had constipation so doctor advised me to take cremaffin 30ml yesterday bed time now from mrng I had loose stools
Can I take himalaya pilex tablet during loose stools?

30 ml of cremaffin can cause loose stool ..don't take both medicine simultaneously ..don't use cremaffin for more than 10 days at a stretch ,can be habit forming ..use it when constipation is really severe ..u can take isabgol along with fibre rich diet ..take plenty of fluid to prevent dehydration,moderate Exercises ..hope this helps

You can continue with Himalaya pilex . Discontinue cremaffin as it could be the reason for loose stools.Once your bowel movement is regular , make sure you are not constipated.
