Hi I have diffuse stomach pain Want to get accurate diagnosis. Want to get accurate treatment for the same.

I am a 19 years old male having dysphagia (difficulty swallowing food) about a year, sometimes it gets worse and sometimes it is better and during eating i feel my chest is heavy and wheezing. So i visited a gastroenterologist and a neurologist, the gastroenterologist suggested a Barium swallow and an Upper endoscopy which were both normal. the Neurologist did a physical examination and said that I have no abnormality in the nervous system (only with a physical examination without any MRI or scans) but also said that it is likely that the cause is that I was stressed and anxious, maybe he is right cause i am too anxious about my studies. So what is your suggestions? What might be the cause? Is it something serious? Can it be treated? Do i need any tests or scans? Should i visit an (ENT) specialist? Thanks

I am facing gastric and acidity problem trice in a week.. I gained my weight also the 5.11 and wt 90kgs.. I consume alchohal everyday.. recently I went lft.. my ALT OR SGPT 76..ALP 21..RBS 81, Biliburium total 0.5mg, direct 0.1mg and indirect 0.4mg.. Dear all, I had acute appendicitis due to stool stone in appendix.After 10 days of treatment, I am having all motions which are loose 4-5 times in a day since last 5 days.It has been two weeks now from surgery.What should I do and is it normal or serious?
