I am suffering stomach ache and digestion prblm... I want get rid of these prblm plz suggest me proper remedy for my prblm

My father has been suffering from liver diseases because of his alcohol abuse problem for more than 5 years 2 years ago he was shifted to SGPGI in Lucknow as there were wounds found in his intestine and because of that his stool was coming black he was treated there but nowadays he has become weak, his eyes are yellowish, and his both feet get swollen and most importantly he is getting high fever 5 or 6 times in a month. The fever was because of the typhoid infection for which he is under medication but the fever comes back after sometime. And he doesn't drink much anymore but the problems are persisting.

Recently I have done endoscopy where all functions are normal, h pylori NEGATIVE BUT RESULTS SHOWS LAX GE FUNCTION what does it mean plz reply

Hello doctor I am on medication for GERD and H pylori. I am following strict diet. Below is my weight track. Is it normal loosing approx 3 kg in 15days. Also doing regular walking. Hello Doctor, I'm continuously spitting non stop every 2-3 minute.. also, i'm unable to digest and not getting any burps after eating.. i tried take small meal as just a soup only but still not getting much burp, which is making me feel like puking, but i only get saliva while puking and nothing else. Please suggest, and also, am i in danger?
