I am suffering from Jaundice from 4 month.my bilrubin is up down from (bilrubin 2.0).I eat 2 times food and also digest but no increase in energy blood.i feel lot of tiredness why? please sir reply

From the last 10 days i am having gas and pain in my stomach. I had gone to the doctor who gave me medicine which was effective but the pain started again yesterday.The doctor said it is some kind of infection in intestine!! I had been taking NSAIDS for the last 1 month as i had a swollen lymph. My pain in stomach rises and falls down after passing gas or after some time. Regular screening for endoscopy should be done within how many years ? I had one almost 10 months back and the reports were normal. My question is: It takes how many years for cancer to develop in esophagus or stomach for a person who had a normal endoscopy 1 yr back ? And regular screening should be done within how many years to know the condition of the GI tract ?

Last, 1 year don't feel rush to eat food, eating only two times,food not digested properly..I only need what are the treatment option available to increase HCl acid in stomach Normal level.please guide me
