Gastric issue
I have pain in chest and back side breathing issue also and diziness last 3 months when i tested with doctor have taken all the heart test so doctor told gastric problem but still it is not recoverd i have sevire pain

If Gastritis MEDICINES are not helping then either the MEDICINES need to be changed or some other causes need to be ruled out.
Next Steps
ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN should be done ti rule out Abdominal causes.
