I faced gastric pain at back side since Two days.i drink litres of water and digiene syrup also done.please give the solution to be used to me.

Take PPI like pantoprazole40mg or lansoprazole 30mg once daily. Consult any consultant physician for clinical examination. Back pain may also be due to gall bladder stone or gaseous disturbance (very rare) or other causes unknown to you. Maintain less spice in diet. Avoid pickles.
