Gastric pain in Chest and hand

I am 12w pregnant and I have severe gastric issues. I am having mild chest pain and severe left hand pain.. Does hand pain is caused by gastric? My chest pain is reducing but my hand pain is still the same. Please advice.

Hello, hand pain is not caused by gastric issue. If you have chest pain and left hand pain, it is better to consult a physician and get further work up done.
