Dear doctors, I went to gastroenterology in lilavati hospital with my colonscopy reports and my ct scan reports. The doctor says that i have ibs and nothing to worries but just for my sake i just wanted your all opinion. Kindly any one help me with the report of colonscopy it says cryptitis proctitis i just want to know in details what is it and what future problems can be caused due to cryptitis proctitis does it lead to cancer or ibd or something eles. I. Will explain you my problem in detail. I fell urge all times. My stool is not formed. It's get diluted whole in water. I go to washroom 2 3 times in a day. My stool don't get empty properly. My stool not clear its semi solid. Does semi solid stool mean diahhera please explain. I'm getting a discharge from Belly button when i put pressure around abdominal area and no other symptoms are there. Especially after eating im feeling heavy and if I sit after eating this puss will form around belly button. Any suggestions what shall I do??

I am suffering from nutrient deficiency since my childhood. Since I could remember I have had bloating which increased exponentially with age. Now , I am 24 suffering from 1.diarrhoea, bloating (sometimes after eating), nutrient deficiency, incomplete evacuation of stools (more frequent problem), losing weight a lot shredding hair and hair thinning a lot in 4 years(biggest concern), skin is a lil dry. My energy is lost .Having a clear stomach is a dream .Once when it happens out of the blue, I feel invincible but then bloating starts and rest continues. I even had Ayurvedic enema treatment for intestine, the situation improved but very little.Maybe it has to do with my stomach acid.Then I did endoscopy and Ultrasound scan for abdomen.Ultrasound was normal. Endoscopy results were patulous ge junction ,Patchy hyperaemia+,fine mucosal nodules in stomach’s fundus ,body and antrum.Overall Patulous GE junction & Nodular gastropathy. Hpylori seems quite a possible cause.

Is there any possibility of complications or any disease after 10+ years of successful gastrojejunostomy ?? Gastrojejunostomy happened due to accidentally ingestion of acid and stricture in pylorus

I am recovering from typhoid fever and in USG abd scan I find out garde I fatty liver. Do I need to take any extra medicine for that
