Stomach Problems & Remedies

Few days back, I had a vomiting with blood. I ate something which caused some indigestion, which led to a slight fever and finally vomiting with blood. Scared by what we saw, I consulted a Gastroenterologist who asked me to undergo a endoscopy. The results were: LAX LES, Mild Nodularity at GE junction and few erosions in stomach. Then I a blood test. Haemoglobin: 16 Blood platelets:245. Mild esonophilia. Doctor said no reason to be concerned and asked me to take Pantocid DSR and Sucral syrup (twice everyday for 30 days) and another endoscopy after 3 months. What is this condition? Is it severe? Curable? Everyones saying biopsy should be done for the nodules but the doctor thought there was no need to? Why? What am I missing here?? Kind and Genuine answers are appreciated. Thanks a ton in advance..

I have my meals at regular intervals and drink plenty of water. I am having gas trouble and constipation often. I am lean and now I have developed a pot belly in 3 months. I don't spend time on excercise but my job involves active walking. Should I be worried and Consult a doctor?

I have been experiencing quiet often very severe stomach ache as soon as I eat anything and immediately I will have to poop. It aches alot while passing motion after that I become fine. I become fine and again after a month I face the same issue. I do not have typical diahrea or vomitings. But I have stomach ache while passing motion. Most of the times either I get constipated or stomach ache and bad smell motion. I feel indigestion and cramps have pukish feeling because of which I am unable to eat. If I eat my stomach aches and immediately I have to pass the stool. it's like this since a week. I usually have acidity too due to my irregular eating habits. The upper area of the stomach seems to hardened and the stomach bloats. Since two days I started Bifilac. Kindly advice!

My brother recently had a blood vomiting and underwent endoscopy. It revealed mild nodularity at GE junction, LAX LES and erosions in stomach. He was asked by the doctor to take Patocid DSR (1-0-1) and Sucral syrup (1-0-1) for 30 days and was supposed to undergo another endoscopy then. What does this mean?Is this a serious condition? How much time will it take to heal? (Blood test was also done: Everything fine except for a mild increase in esonophil count.)

Hi, I have a severe bad breath issue despite of brushing my teeth twice a day. After brushing my teeth also, in 10-15 mins, bad breath occurs throughout day. I visited 2-3 dentists during a course of 3-4 years and all of them confirmed that bad breath is not due to my mouth. They asked me to visit a ENT and gastroenterology doctor. So I visited ENT doc and he said all is good. Now I wish to know a gastroenterologist who can identify the actual cause and treat me completely. Well, I am just 36 and while talking to people, I get embarassed and feel less confident. Can some gastroenterologist please help and guide me genuinely? I reside in Pune.
