Suffering from loose motions from 3 mont
My mother is having motions from 3 months not regularly but almost 3-4 days in a week. We have done tests and seen a local doctor and report says 'non atrophic chronic gastritis' .. She is feeling extremely exhausted and tired everyday and feels pain after eating dinner. Please suggest a solution

Gastritis is common problem.
Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc
Cold plain milk will sooth.
Can heal well with proper treatment
