Digestion problem
Whenever I drink mass gainer shake itching occurs in mouth and it is not digesting properly, I have to go for latrine 2-3 times a day

Also it is commonly seen to cause IBS like SYMPTOMS.
Better avoid these commercially available proteins powders.
Use only medically recommended ones.
