I am having stomach burning for last 1-2 weeks.  I am also undergoing IBS treatment. Is it because lot of heat in North India. I am taking rabsec dsr, librax and ULgel A syrup. Should I take any other medicines?

Can any one suggest me a medicine for early morning gastric or what should be done to eliminate this
