I have Sgpt level 207 and agot 67. What i can do to bring it to normal level. I have taken liv 52 for ten days as recommended by doctor still my sgpt incresed from 165 to 207.

I have been on treatment for gastritis since January 18, i was sleeping on time during college but now my 3rd prof exams are approaching and i couldn't sleep on time from last 20 days. I'm sleeping at 4-5am and wake up at 2-3pm. I'm feeling worried this will again ruin my health again whichever is somewhat improved. I think i have 'generalised anxiety disorder'. This is same scene before every exam like NEET, 1st mbbs, 2nd mbbs. I lack enthusiasm to do better for my health and always feel low and devastated. Currently I'm taking Cap. Deltone60( dexlansoprazole 60mg), Tab. Prebel-n(Pregablin 75mg +nortriptyline 10mg).

Are there any positive effects of intermittent fasting, and 24-hour fasting on gastrointestinal system?

From past few days I wakeup in the morning with pain in my chest almost everyday. The tightness is very uncomfortable and doesn't let me sleep. And when I do some stretchings, I get big burps and then feel ease. The pressure or tightness lowers after every burp. Is this gas accumalating in my chest? Why is this happening? What should I do to prevent/cure this? Please help
