Stomach Problems & Remedies

Sir/madam, I have crohn's since 8months.My current medications are mesalamine, azathioprine, Livogen, shelcal 500, pan 40.These medicines are pescribed by dr in Cmc vellore.Because it is a chronic disease hence I have to take medicines life long and reqire to consult a gastro dr in regular interval.my query is if I start to consult my local gastroenterologist, will it be very bad idea? Besause distance of cmcvellore is 2000 km from my house, pls advice.

For the past 5 days I have stomach ache and yesterday I found that there was a small swell inside of my navel which is very soft to touch and is of skin color any urgent medication is needed for that??

Hi Sir/Madam, I'm suffering from slow transit constipation.. it's difficult to handle the constipation problem. medicines suggested didn't work out.. Taken duphalac, pegred c. Only for two days it's working..prucalopride also not working.. having incomplete bowel movements..plz suggest.

Hi Doctor, recently I diagnosed with fatty liver.. (Age 30, weight 86).. Doctor suggested me to take Lipaglyn and Glycipage.. He suggested me to exercise, change diet as Jowar Roti..0-0-0.. I started taking the same and reduced my weight close to 2 kgs within 8 days, however my hunger levels going up.. My concern is how many days I have to take this medicine and help me if any alternatives for Jowar roti..(Bored of eating)..

My 15 year reporting sudden pain in stomach which varies it's position and lasts for few minutes. Sometimes it is pointed and at right side and sometimes it is at left side. Please guide

Is there any significance to undergo colonoscopy and faecal calprotectin test at the same time or within a gap of few days . I have some feeling that this test is to be done in order to avoid repeatative colonoscopy.

Semi liquid motion from 2 days and watery stool from many days...once a day...no feel of upset stimach..feels hungry proper time and taking 3 ltr water every day..what to do

I had constipation, and was not regular, stool was not in regular shape and even not regular. Pura pass hi ni hota tha dalia type. Then i tried with homeopathy that didnt work much and simultaneously took isabgol. Isbgoal was good and i started to feel hunger which i lost a little, earlier. I also did two days autophagy that was also superb which helped healing stomach pain. Homeopathy doc suggested i have irritation and discomfort. And asked not to consume spicy food or oily food which i also don't use much, two or three times in a month. But that is true that i feel discomfort when i consume spicy food. Main issue is i feel mild pain when i pinch with three fingers in both right and left sides of stomach, It seems i have stomach ulcer but not sure it is. Do i need to go for endoscopy or colonoscopy. Means i am not sure whether i have give birth to large or small intestine cancer. I am confused a bit what should i do. One thing to tell you I am not suffering From acidity or gas.
