I have been having chronic loose stools but not like diarheaa for over 2 months now. Sometimes I feel there is blood in my stool but maybe it is because I ate beetroots the same day. I do not have any other symptoms like weight loss or piles.. I stay in Kochi.. should I get it checked? Any good gastroenterologist? I underwent Proctocolectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 1st November..After that I developed UTI(55-60 pus cells/hpf),urine c/s report-colistin is sensitive while the rest of them are resistant..Had the following medicines-Niftran 100 mg,Augmentin 625,Citralka syrup..After that did urine test which showed 1-2 pus cells/hpf..Was having pain in lower abdomen so doc gave medDid USG which showed significant post void residue-140cc..Foley catheter was placed & removed after 4 days..Still having heaviness & at times Im getting a sharp pain(as if needle is being pricked)in lower abdomen.Is the pain due to surgery or due to Urinary problem?Kindly answer..I'm disturbed..Please help me..
