Stomach Problems & Remedies

Liver: Normal in size. Parenchymal echotexture is homogeneous. No focal Sol is seen. Intrahepatic biliary radicles are not dilated. Right dome of diaphragm shows normal movement. Gallbladder: Contracted in size. Wall thickness is 5mm. No evidence of calculus seen in its lumen. No evidence of pericholecystic collection seen. CBD: Common bile duct 5mm in diameter. No evidence of calculus seen in its lumen. Stent seen in its lumen. Portal Vein: Normal in diameter (9mm). Pancreas: Normal in size & echotexture. No focal Sol is seen. Main Pancreatic duct is not dilated. Kidney: Right kidney measures 8.7cm Left Kidney measures 8.8cm Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No evidence of calculi or hydronephrosis seen on either side. Perinephric space is normal. Both ureters are not dilated. Spleen: Normal in size & Echotexture, Splenoportal venous system is not dilated. -No evidence of free fluid seen in hepatorenal pouch. -No evidence of para aortic adenopathy seen.

Doctor said admit to Hospital and operation. I don't understand what should I to do? Gall bladder stone is available or not? If available then can possible cure by medicine. If not seen then why doctor said that operation and doctor said around 90thousand ruppes will be charge. I'm not able to pay so please doctor suggest to best advice

I got my LFT report 20 days back showing sgpt 218 sgot 103 and rest normal values. Then my blood got tested for hepatitis A B C and E and all values came negative. My USG report shows mild liver enlargement 15.2 cm and nothing else is found. After consultation I took urosocol 300 2 times daily and now my sgpt is 121 and sgot 62. I want to get it normal within a week. Pls suggest something and I also lost 3 kg weight by dieting and exercising.

I'm having a small red pimple on my Anus and  feeling discomfort while sitting. Sometimes it completely shrinks and sometimes it bulges. Im not having any pain while poping. Is it first stage of piles? How to get rid of this?

My abdomen was slightly paining from few days.. And always feels something heavy in my abdomen..so suggest by a doctor I went for abdominal USG.. There they found a problem stating "Mild oedematous wall of terminal ileum seen,measuring around 4mm.The ileocecal junction,caecum and rest of the bowel loop appear unremarkable.Multiple mildly enlarged to subcentimeter sized hypoechoic mensentric lymphnides are seen in right lumbar region- iliac fossa,largest measuring 20*9mm" What does it mean?? Is this any serious condition.. Or can be treated naturally??

I am having stool problem since 7-8 months, one part of by stool is brown rest all is yellow. And also bloating and indigestion, I have been to gastroenterologist and after LFT, CBC ,RENAL and Endoscopy I was diagnosed with Hpylori and antral gastritis. I have taken medicine. But again it started I have read in internet that YELLOW STOOL is because of pancreatic Cancer ... I am so afraid what to do now...please help

In a routine blood test a couple of weeks back, my dad's bilirubin was slightly higher at 1.25 (ref 0-1.0). Does this require attention? Sgot is 25, sgpt 28 and AST/Alt ratio at .89, lower than range. He is 76, generally good health.
