Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am 22yrs old male. I am suffering from stomach bloating, loss of appetite, feel full even after eating little bit for a week now. I consulted with DR. (Internal medicine specialist) a week ago when this all started he gave me these medicines sompraz D 40mg Cap , ZIFI 200MG CAP, Bifilac cap after taking it no results and some test CBC, Liver function, Ultrasound all came back normal. what should i do. Also on 30th October i was discharged from hospital because of dengue now about 15 days later this problem arises. Is it ulcer? Please help !

I have my liver function test normal..but i wooried that my liver in problem i have tightnes in midle abdomem nd upoer middle abdomen..lot of fart lot of sounds from abdomen...nd lot of cramp pain..veey severe.veey tight abdomem nd wait on abdomrn...i want to know should i done fibro scan of liver...because ct scan shows hepatic steaosis in liver...never resolve problem..which test i done cant take food properly like before..

I am suffering from Piles from past 2 days. Have started with Ayurvedic medicine but i am not able to get relief. I am not able to paas stool due to pain and my stool is little hard. Can you please provide any other possible solution for this.

Hi doctor..I found I had a fistula pblm when I consulted near by general surgeon...he suggested to go for surgery ...but I dont have any pain while motion...i dont have more pus discharge during my working hrs...plz suggest can I go for surgery or medical management?

Can I take neurobion forte daily even if I am not deficient of all Vitamin B's? My family doctor said that it may cause over vitamins in body. Hello Sir/ madam, From last one week i am having stomach pain which comes and goes. The intensity of pain is not severe but if it increases any more it will be difficult for me to do my daily tasks. I feel a burning sensation in my stomach and often feel like going to pee. I tried ENO but it wasn't helpful. I never had any issues with my stomach before. Please suggest some medicine.
