Too much Burning sensation in stomach , nausea, vomiting, heart burn, slightly dark color of stools, heart beat problem

Hi doctor, My lower stomach is paining and also when i go for urine, my testis is also paining. Don't know what is the reason. Can anyone please explain me which specialist i have to consult and why i am getting this pain?

Abnormal burping / belching Stomach bloating Heart / throat burning excessive gas release Swallowing difficulty No smoking no alcohol no fast food No carbonated drinks Very rare junk foods (pizza, peanut candy, chips, etc.)

Was diagnosed with Hep A with Jaundice in Nov first week. Latest LFT - Bilirubin is 1.15, SGOT is 47 and SGPT is 72. I have been having home cooked meals which are less spicy and less oily and taking Reheptin and Udiliv-150 twice a day. I was on leave for a month and recently resumed office. Due to a high pressure job, sometimes I have to work late, is it okay if I have less oily and less spicy food like curd rice or dal rice from a good restaurant in such cases? Also, when can I eat non-veg?

I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 01st November 2019..Since Sunday,I'm having some output problem(low output)..Sunday night 2am-Monday  2am-output-650ml( Upon finding there is no output I started taking liquids),Monday 2am to Monday 09.30pm-650ml..Today at 07pm,doctor inserted a folley catheter and put some NS solution into stoma,he said he found no obstruction..After stoma wash,07pm-09.30 PM-output-200ml,09.30pm-11.30pm,output-200ml...Kindly tell me what is there in the report and why did my output reduce all of a sudden if there is no obstruction?Is it common?What diet should I follow?Kindly reply..Please help me...

My 4 year old had a problem of constipation from long time so last week we put 3-5 ml of duphalac 667g/l syrup of adults I believe so from a week he is going to washroom for every 3-5 hours but only small amount of poop each time.he drinks milk toomuch and his poop is light white coloured.is it anythng to be worried about.
