Dehydration and gas from last few months
Sir I am 38 years I am facing problem of loss motion and watery motion repeatedly from last few 4 months also forming gas and acidity also I have loss 5 kg weight from last few months I have done ultrasound the report is attached Please suggest in report shows fatty liver

Fatty liver is a common problem. Which treatment is mainly dietary modifications.
Lft test should be done.
But your symptoms are not related to fatty liver.
IBS is a common problem too.
It needs treatment and Dietery modifications too.
