Feeling like vomating after having food.. heaviness on the upper stomach. It is since 3 days. Feeling sleepy all day. Eye color is changed yellow. Urine color is yellow.

Hi, Since last 1.5 years I am suffering due to reflux problem(doctors says so),but 24 pH and manometry was normal.In that time onwards I was feeling some disturbance in my lower left side,day by day that was increasing,underwent colonoscopy (2 times),it was normal and also did endoscopy that also normal.Ultra sound shows that fatty liver and gallbladder polyp(6mm).Blood test shown mild elevated cholesterol.Stools become scattered like way with muscus.But stool test was normal both routine and cultured.I am feeling uncomfortable all the time.Please suggest me what to do?

I have problem of tight stool even my diet is full fiber and water intake is good, my problem is i can't empty my bowel properly so next day that stool comes that is left is hard and causing pain and sometimes blood also, pls tell this problem is from last 8 months in 8 months 3 times blood comes doctor said internal piles, i am taking laxirid syrup then also not able to empty bowel in quick pls tell, i have done ultrasound, also no problem

I'm feeling pain in my left side stomach for around 5-6 days. It also becomes acute while inhaling. Initially I thought its normal air blockage, would go away in few days. But that didn't happen. I tried few things to fix the air blockage issue so I wonder it may not be the air blockage. But I don't know what it could be. As far as my health history is concerned, I don't have any previous case, nor I've any bad eating or drinking habits. I don't smoke or drink. But sometimes I sit in a improper position with a someway twisted stomach. So I thought it could be air blockage. But now I don't know what's happening and why ? Kindly help me please.

I weigh 95kilos and I have always had constipation. Tried taking high fiber and also high fiber supplements (isabgol husk) but it didn't help. Every  morning after waking up my stomach feels really heavy or bloated. at times just gas and faeces. And I'm unable to empty my bowel completely. After having food also my tummy gets bloated.

What are the tests we should do to confirm that we have stomach gas,can you please reply with tests we need to do
