I have a small lump (sort of swelling) developed on other wall of anus. It feels like pricking while passing stool. What is it?

Sir facing excess bliating and indigestion problem some time a yellow water also vomits in the Morning.

Whenever I eat spicy food I start getting trouble. I have to go for defecation every time I eat something(atleast 3 to 4 times a day), feel irritation while defecation and lots of gas problems. This lasts till I get medical help. Why is it? Can it be permanently cured so that i can sometimes enjoy spicy food?

I feel stomach bloating even after small meal. I m alcoholic . I have done colonoscopy, LFT,KFT, liver fibroscan every thing is normal as per doctors. I have IBS . He has recommended for endoscopy. I am facing this problem for last 3 yrs.i am afraid there is no pain but feel stomach tightness and after stool feel normal and little tightness but after our few our again I face same problem

My wife has swallow problem. Esophagus is narrow in downside. We have done with all checkups and have report with us.

My sister under going RADIATION THERAPY .many times when she eat some liquid rice and liquid juice then quickly acidity start and she do vomit .plz sir give some medicine name for acid relief . She take pan 40 medicine but no work.
