Post infection gastritis
As i had typhoid 10 days back and most likely suffering from gastritis, do i need to take medicines as pain is there from. 5 days or will it subside?

It may subside or it may increase sometimes these problems can settle with dietary precautions alone if proper diet is followed but if there are aggravating factors in the diet then can increase sometimes it normal diet also gastritis can aggravates
