I have constipation problem and piles grade 2 and fissure problem which can be managed by diet had been to proctologist they suggested fissurectomy and cryosurgery... But it is manageable do I need undergo surgery..

I have noticed recently don't know if it is correct ot not but when every I eat anything heavy by bp tends to increase. Is it due to gastric and what should I do.to avoided such issues. When I sit continues after eating then this problem worsen.
