I have hepatitis B positive, one year back , i took 3 vaccine , now again i did the test kindly suggest the same, the reports attached

I had Gallbladder laparoscopy on 06th Nov 2019 and thereafter I continuesly facing gastric and acidity.I consulted  with a doctor ,he told me go for endoscopy and give me sompraz 20 for time being .I also consulted with doctor who did the surgery he told me for LFT test ..My Bilirubin total is 6.06 BILIRUBIN (DIRECT), 4.19 BILIRUBIN (INDIRECT), Serum 1.87 SGOT (AST), Serum 410.9 SGPT (ALT), Serum 586.8 GAMMA GT, Serum 911.6 Enzymatic ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE, Serum 328.3. So what to do ... whether I should go for endoscopy or should take treatment for jaundice.

I have tried homopathic and ayurvedic medicine from good doctors but still my condition is getting worse.there is no such constipation but still my haemorrhoid is bledding continuously and getting larger in size..All my efforts even trying maintain diet (as i live in hostel sometimes i cant maintain)also dont drink or dont have any other bad habit. Can it be a indication of some other problem. My age is 20 Problem is from around 3 months. Any suggestion

Detected with pylori bacteria... because of high dose of medicines my taste become bitter metallic taste..what to do..what can I have to avoid this

I did endoscopy then detected with h pylori. So 2 weeks on medication but after that how we got to know if it's completely cured or not ..what tests?

2nd June continuously vomited after eating some bad thing in ajwain.After 2wks diagnosed with H pylori positive and Severe erosive gastritis.Took Nexpro kit and other medicines for 1 month.Was okay next month.My wisdom teeth got extracted and had to take painkiller.1 day I took citrus fruit then stomach was burning.Visited doctor and he gave VELOZ 20 for 40 days.But during the medication also weekly I was having stomach burning and then he suggested veloz for 20 days. Whenever I had stomach burning next day will have blood in my stool.Had colonoscopy as well.Mild Chronic Inflammation with reactive lymphoid hyperplasia came in biopsy and hermoriods.After stopping Veloz on 20th Oct severe acidity was happening which I never had before having PPI,now suffering from mild consistent heartburn and throat burn,feeliing burning sensation in mouth sometimes.Again visited doctor and he gave Nexpro 40 mg for 20 days.But I am so scared of PPI medicine,if I stop it bcm worse.Plz advice how to cure?

Does this kind of output from ileostomy means my body is adapting to the changes or there is some motility problem in small intestine?Kindly reply..Plz tell me...Im worried(I had a problem of Colon Inertia,Internal rectal prolapse,rectocele,SRUS-)Ineffective esophageal motility also,)Thats why Im more worried...Please reply...I take more than 5lts of fluid daily..Plz tell me..

How to stomach detox... My stomach is bloated and i am taking time in the washroom this is since past few months

Hello sir recently during a routine health check and the result is USG - Mild Fatty Liver Grade -1 , and SGOT SGPT was 61 & 91 respectively, else all was normal, however last year everything was normal. I mostly have gas issues in stomach on and off. Else everything including blood test are normal HB is 16, do I need to do anything regarding this , I never had liquor and never smoked. No bad habits at all.  What to do I am a bit worried.
