Suffering from gas continuously for 20 days now. Took pantoprazole for 5 days initially but the situation still persists. Please help.

My husband does his blood test every six months only to find out everytime with high cholesterol, hdl, LDL abnormal. And uric acid 7.4 , liver profile like SGPT SGOT, GGT, Globulin all high .. , Diabetes is 103. He's only 30 with so much negative results. Eosinophils and MPV and HCT are all high. What should i do ? I'm experiencing this issue for past two weeks. I had to poop every time after an hour I take my meal, I'm not sure if it's dysentery because the poop is not loose like water and it's not solid either. I'm taking loopermite periodically to stop this but the issue has not stopped. Please advice what I need to do.
