From a month in morning having gurgling sound with farting, normal medication for gas not much effective do cbc esr crp  stool all is normal please suggest something

Heart burn and sometimes pain because of gas trapped inside the body, pain is irregular and happens generally at around heart, back and splines.

Above diagnosis was done in jaipur and fibroscan is not available there in jaipur. i live in pune and wanted to get it done ASAP. could you please help me where and which clinic has this facility. My father has undergone left Hepatectomy and gall bladder removal before 15 days .he used to vomit in green color for four days after surgery .and after that it stopped and motion is in dark green color. Doc says it's normal .but m afraid why it is happening . Pls help

Last few days, I have been seeing blood in my stool, but I feel no burning as like (I don't think I have any cuts there). Also, last couple of months, right after passing stool, it becomes very itchy. Until recently, I never used to eat street food. Can you tell me if these are related? Should I be worried?
