Burning sensation in upper stomach since 4 months , i have used multiple medicines & changed my food life style but no change

I have a gnawing pain in my stomach since yesterday morning (Dec 17th). The pain is not constant, it keeps coming and going. I'm also suffering from loose motion. I had taken Norflox for the loose motion. The gnawing pain has reduced a little bit. It happens less often now. My appetite has also reduced quite a bit. Please advise me on this issue.

I have 13 mm gallbladder stone . Do u have any solution of stone while doctor suggest surgery. Plz tell me the solution if possible

Hi i have very complicated problem from last one year.whenever i eat food that contains fat..like almond, peanut,walnuts, cow ghee,curd,milk ,little oily parathas then next whole day i feel fatigue,weakness and brain fog.when i dont eat fatty food everything is fine.i have done cbc that is fine.i have done liver function test .. total bilirubin is 1.6.i have done kidney function test that is also fine.i have ďone endoscopy that is also normal.taken b12 for one month.no Improvement. Please help me.i am having boiled vegetables and rice from last one year

Hi I m suffering from throat pain n frequent burping n thn my ENT told me i m having GERD n recommend me to visit gastroenterologists.. I consult gastro doctor n he prescribed me to take pantacid IT in morning and prepro IBS at night.. he also advice not to be stressed as it aggravate acidity symptoms as well... Also suggested me to do walking .. I have taken medicine for 15 days n no such relief .. I have done with endoscopy n that shows anteral gastritis and lax GE junction .. After endoscopy again he prescribed the sams medicine pantacid ITand Prepro IBS .. i have it for 10 days n again no good relief... so i stopped medicine and started with ayurvedic treatment.. Now again my throat started paining n irritating me a lot... Again i consult ENT n he prescribed me medicine along with pan D for 6 weeks. .. Is thr any permanent cure for this gerd problem I m still burping though. Also i m taking very normal diet including no spice food l no tea l no coffee l no outside food.

I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 01st November 2019..I have a past history of severe grade D esophagitis,Nissen fundoplication was done in Oct 2018..Yesterday I was having low stoma output(less than 200ml in 13hrs)so in the evening I drank a glass of grape juice snd honey for output(grapes were sour)Since 10pm,till now im having pain in left side of chest..Took syp gaviscon but it didn't help..Also I usually have chest pains(mostly on left side of chest,also sometimes in the middle,right side,etc)After Proctectomy,chest pain had reduced but ever since im having the stoma output problem,chest pain is occurring..Kindly tell me what is the chest pain due to and what to do for the chest pain,occuring since yesterday?Is sour grape juice the reaeon?Kindly reply..Please help.
