Stomach Problems & Remedies

My abdomen was slightly paining from few days.. And always feels something heavy in my abdomen..so suggest by a doctor I went for abdominal USG.. There they found a problem stating "Mild oedematous wall of terminal ileum seen,measuring around 4mm.The ileocecal junction,caecum and rest of the bowel loop appear unremarkable.Multiple mildly enlarged to subcentimeter sized hypoechoic mensentric lymphnides are seen in right lumbar region- iliac fossa,largest measuring 20*9mm" What does it mean?? Is this any serious condition.. Or can be treated naturally??

I am having stool problem since 7-8 months, one part of by stool is brown rest all is yellow. And also bloating and indigestion, I have been to gastroenterologist and after LFT, CBC ,RENAL and Endoscopy I was diagnosed with Hpylori and antral gastritis. I have taken medicine. But again it started I have read in internet that YELLOW STOOL is because of pancreatic Cancer ... I am so afraid what to do now...please help

In a routine blood test a couple of weeks back, my dad's bilirubin was slightly higher at 1.25 (ref 0-1.0). Does this require attention? Sgot is 25, sgpt 28 and AST/Alt ratio at .89, lower than range. He is 76, generally good health.

There is pain while passing stool and it is from few months,used antibiotics few times the problem keeps recurring now and then,slight high wbc count shown in recent tests

Hello Dr. So recently my mother had done her 2nd ultrasonography which showed that her liver enlarged in size 17.11cm in mid-clavicular line, I have sended the the report and liver sonogram plz check. Today we visited a gastroenterologist and he prescribed us a endoscopy test to be done tomorrow. Now Dr I want to ask does endoscopy is really necessary for enlarged liver ? My mother don't have any other symptoms no gas no abdominal pain, no jaundice. The only thing she can't eat too much just every day medium meal (3rotis). That's all no other symptoms noticed in daily life. Plz tell is endoscopy necessary for enlarged liver?

No regular bowel movements. Thin bowel movements and bloated stomach ..stomach ache for nearly 2 month .feeling full after eating ...constipation

Sir, I have constipation. Even though I could drink a lot of water but the problem persists.But when I drink coffee the problem goes away. Sometimes coffee also won't work. Tell me a natural way to releive constipation.

I am suffering from small hiatus hernia for last 4 months. I do exercise in form of  running, cycling and walking. Can I do gym without any problems?
