I'm taking pan20 instead of pan40 from some days as doctor prescribed it to me. Does it have the same effect in this strength also?

I only have problem of burning sensation in  abdomen area. Docs have given me pan20,40 with levo,domper,IT etc. Can anyone tell me that why Domperidone/IT is being given? What is the difference? Is it really needed? Even with pan20 I do feel better but with Domperidone I'm having stool thrice instead of twice. Should I just take that instead?
