How to decrease SGPT level
My SGPT level is 128 SGOT 43 GGT 91 Are this numbers too high? Do I need to take any medication? What should I avoid to bring all the numbers into normal

It would help if the entire LFT report is available. There are various causes for this altered LFT report like consuming alcohol, hepatitis, few medications itself will cause this. Without the entire history its difficult to pinpoint on the cause. If you do not have any of the above couses then repeat LFT after 3 weeks to see the progression. Meanwhile get ultrasound abdomen to know liver status.
