From 2-3 weeks i feel to go toilet after eating also need to go 2-3 times for it. also have some gases, stool is soft like ice cream but not watery, no other symptoms. it is serious problem or need to investigate properly? which test required?

I am aged about 30+years & experiencing chronic constipation from past 11years and feeling pain in intestine and bad smell coming from the mouth, weakned physically(can't smell,taste,hear,low vision), can any one please suggest a experienced specialist doctors to overcome from this problem.

I have been having chronic loose stools but not like diarheaa for over 2 months now. Sometimes I feel there is blood in my stool but maybe it is because I ate beetroots the same day. I do not have any other symptoms like weight loss or piles.. I stay in Kochi.. should I get it checked? Any good gastroenterologist? I don't have exactly abdominal pain but more like a mild ache which is almost unnoticeable please advise
