Does heart rate and blood pressure increases due to gastritis. I feel dizzy and very weak since 1 month. My heart rate and bp increases all of sudden and I get dehydrated very soon. Please help me in understanding the issue that I am facing.

Patient consumed alkali 4 months ago. Now we consulted 3 doctors surgical gastro. Doctors are ready to remove his esophagus , stomach and connecting colon . Another doctor said no need to remove esophagus and stomach instead they do passage and connect colon in other way. My doubt is if they don't remove esophagus and stomach in future if he has to face malignacy or is it better to remove esphagus and stomach?

All the value of lft test is normal but billirubin is continually going high.currently 37. Is it serious? Is it treatable with medication?

I had been taking lots of antibiotics and painkillers bec of rct treatment. Due to which i started getting abdomen pain. When i got it checked, the doctor said it was colitis. I was prescribed rifakem 400, later the pain spread to the back,  i was prescribed rifakem and cataspa. Within 2-3 days, i could see mucus in my stools, so i was asked to take unobiotic sachets. I felt better. when i started my normal diet, the pain recurred. Bt this time, my upper abdomen along with the lower had pain and tenderness, so i got an endoscopy done with biopsy, wich said I had chronic active non atrophic gastritis. Bt i still had pain in the lower and mid abdomen. I was prescribed rifnim 400, menoctyl and an antacid tablet and also unobiotic sachets. After 10 days, i felt better, but my mid abdomen still had pain. The doctor said i was fine and can start my normal diet. Its been 7 days now. Since yesterday night, i got diarrhea with lot of mucus in stool, my rectum is paining and has burning.

I always have a bloated stomach and my digestive system is also not working properly and i have severe acidity problem

Wanted to know review on this report. Can it be cured by self or any medical approach needed.how to recover from grade 1 fatty liver and splenomagaly. My weight is 76 kg, height 5'11" . Sometimes have high blood pressure.

I am 26 yrs old.. I have piles issue nearly 4 years it wil come and go automatically. I consulted doctor once he said nothing severe and gave tablets and ointment. For past one week again external pains and itches and past two three days I feeling discomfort after breakfast and I don't have any issues in motion or hunger.

Hi, I had gastritis and bad breath from 3 yrs. Got endoscopy done few days back. And I tested positive for h.pylori infection.😓 Doctor has put me on antibiotics (Pylokit) for 10 days. She said that the infection is too strong. I need to know which indian foods are good in curing h.pylori infection (both veg and non veg). Please help. Report attached. Thanks in advance.

Constipation, Stomach feels bloated and heavy breathing, Difficult during stool passing, frequent farting and at times acidity.Not sure if related but have severe lower back pain also. Started around the same time. Food intake only from hotels as I am travelling for 1 month and no home food available.
