Diarrhoea for 3 days
Loose watery stool for 3 days after eating food from hotel. Feels like going to bathroom immediately after a meal. Feels thirsty on and off, and also feels hungry If a meal is skipped .
No fever, no body pain or any other abnormal signs other than diarrhoea .
What could be the reason and what test needs to be done to diagnose this?

Looks like Gastroenteritis/ food poisoning. Try Tab Nor Tz twice daily for 3 days, Sporolac sachet once daily, Pan 40 once daily.
