Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am experiencing periodical constipation. My daily routine has different timings. But no missing day. Suddenly 2to3 days hard and delayed stool. Another 2 to 3 days small amount of stool ( 3 times to clear) yet another 2 to 3 days normal. I tried probiotics, flax seeds selected laxatives. It works for only first 3 days. I drink 4 liter water a day. 10000 steps 1.30 hour walking in a stretch. Eating green apple, orange and guava in night. Soaked almonds in morning (empty stomach). Oats with brake fast. I avoid sugar and starchy food. Strict in diet. Can any one suggest chemical free stool softener and bowel regulator please. And my vitals are normal.

My mother aged 46 Faced very low bp 76/39.Next day taken advice from physician who given medication related to bp.later at evening faced acute pain in centre of stomach and back. So Dr suggested CBC lipase and amylase.kindly help what should I do? And if this is alarming?

Last one month I was suffering gastritis and pain in upper abdomen if I take less spicy food there is loose motions is it ulcers

I am getting prickling pain in the left side of abdomen and pelvis area and also in the left side back .frequent Bleeding thru urine and veginal discharge. Met gynecologist 2 months back for the same issue. .In the scan it was normal but enterococcus bacteria was found in veginal discharge culture test.doc suggested  notrosofur tablet for 14 days and proprebiotic tablets for 1 month .But still prickling pain is not reduced in the abdomen and pelvis area .bleeding occurred again thru urine.please suggest if it's  gastrointestinal  issue or urology or any other issue

I am suffering from Burning sensation with bulge on left abdomen from last 7 day's. My Hba1c was 7.3 and tryglycedrides 330. I started taking medicine glycinorm M30 once in morning and one Aztor 10 in night on doctor recommendation from last 15 days. Is it side effects or something else please see pic. Kindly suggest.

Cirrhosis of liver, direct billrubin at 28mg is it treatable. Any guidance please. Not taking food continues vomiting

Whenever i get my lft done my liver enzymes are not normal sgpt nd sgot remain a little high and total billirubin remains around 2.10 sometimes 1.80 also my cholestrol remins high total cholestrol is 245 . My doctor has suggested me that liver enzymes are high due to dyslipidemia

I recently resumed heavy weight training after a gap of 6 months. Did some heavy drinking over a weekend and then did a blood test on after 2 days. The result shows high values for SGOT and SGPT but rest all the values are normal including GGT. I have attached the report. Wanted to confirm if this is something I should be worried about or whether it could be a temporary thing due to weekend binge drinking and the recent start of heavy weight training activity. From few months felling discomfort felling on stomach not through out day , sometimes of the day. Gas happen and came out through mouth. After taking food more gas created and fullness felling. Some time some  irritated felling on back side. What medicine need to take. Which disease this one. one month back same felling happen , doctor prescribed me rabedol dsr capsule. I am talking same now.is this right medicine. Please suggest.
