From 3 weeks i feel bubbling in stomach after that i feel to go toilet.more gas is realse during toilet and then feels good what is the reason i do cbc esr and stool test its all normal

I have also digestive problem I am unable to digest food and it's not easily digest however my stool is also not in good format

Since last 6 months as per drs I am having stomach infection again and again I lost 8 Kg weight as well. Problems are: Cramp, Semi digested semi solid motions frequently, weakness, lazziness, feeling so low, bloating, sometime little little pain, nausea and this time I had body shivering as well. Problem becomes better for sometime then again occurs. One Dr prescribed many test, consulting Best Gastro of my locality he is saying it's nothing but ibs due to which I am having these issues. I am not using outside food, only bislery water total hygiene still unable to recover. USG, CBC- OK, LFT earlier problematic now ok. I am afraid that I am having some serious issue. Pl suggest what to do.? Should test require? Sometime constipation also there. If any one from NCR is here who can devote some time on my history and get it resolve I am ready to meet you pl help

Hi Experts, I have been suffering from stomach disorder for many days. I don't have any pain but its very discomfort. My stomach makes "Grum" sounds every night after having dinner especially lying on the bed. My stool is also not normal, it sometimes gives normal stool and sometimes wet stool. I dont feel to go to bathroom at early morning , have to wait 5-7 hours. I feel to bleches every 5-10 minutes but it releases below my neck right after it makes "pheeches" sound ..bleches never reach to my mouth. I do normal bleches but this happens frequently. Please prescribed me some medicines.
