How to stomach detox... My stomach is bloated and i am taking time in the washroom this is since past few months

Hello sir recently during a routine health check and the result is USG - Mild Fatty Liver Grade -1 , and SGOT SGPT was 61 & 91 respectively, else all was normal, however last year everything was normal. I mostly have gas issues in stomach on and off. Else everything including blood test are normal HB is 16, do I need to do anything regarding this , I never had liquor and never smoked. No bad habits at all.  What to do I am a bit worried.

Since Tuesday I have fever and headache due to heavy cold whether. After that on taking paracetamol 650mg, now there is no fever. But now the issue on stomach is still persist. It is not getting clear properly and everytime it feels full. So now what should be taken as food and what should be avoided. Sometimes it feels that vomiting will make feel better.

My total bilirubin 1.2 and direct - 0.50 and SGPT -130 and SGOT 78 SO what should I do take further medicine or it is normal

Which H2 blocker is better than Ranitidine in terms of effectiveness and with lesser side effects and also without any carcinogenic compounds ?

I have a problem of GERD. So my doctor prescribed me Ranitidine 300mg OD and it's been almost 2 yrs since I have been taking it. When the doctor prescribed me this drug he told me it's safer than PPI and treats the GERD problems effectively than other H2 blockers. But now it's proven that Ranitidine is carcinogenic and it has been banned in our country. My doctor denied all these allegations as he said that it is safe and I shouldn't trust the rumours. How can he even say that ? A doctor should know what drug he or she is prescribing and if it is prescribed for a long term then what are it's side effects on body ? My doctor has made be consumed carcinogenic tablet . I ask you what should be done now ? Am I in danger that I had been consuming this drug ? Is there any other safe H2 blocker which is effective and equivalent to Ranitidine ?

I have ibs since last December but because i have limited my diet it has been in control. Suddenly since two weeks m continuously having growling sounds in my stomach right after dinner and excessive burping. It won't stop the whole night since last 2 weeks. I don't know how it started, i had dinner and i started having it . I saw doctor before 4 months when i was having excessive burping and he asked me to have mentocyl flatuburst and nexon rd .

Is this type of output normal in Ileostomy?I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 01st November 2019..I drink more than 5lts of fluids(water+fruit juices)daily and I also follow low residue diet(veg,lactose free curds and lactose free milk,)..Yet I get this type of output(maybe once in a day).Is it normal or something uncommon?Please help me  Im very worried..Kindly answer..

What can i do for better gut health? I am bloated and gasy throughout the day. Bloating is the main issue for me.

I have developed a small ulcer like wound about 2 mm dia very close to the anus. It has a stinging pain when touched. I had had a perianal abscess operation over a year back. Later after it had healed a red dot like swelling remain and he said it was a fistula. I went for Ayurvedic second opinion and the doc said it not fistula. It didn't bother much later. Now is this present white dot like wound linked to the earlier incident ?
