Ulcerative cloits from last three month

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I'have ulcerative cloits from last 3 months. But it is diagnosis before 15 days My dactor prescrib me mescol800mg folic acid and ranispas. Now I feel better but I lost my weight and have weakness. Now there is lockdown due to covid.19. Please help me what can I do my medicines is about to finish Please help me.
