Very disturbed abdomen middle abdomen..m taking nexpro l tablet.lot of gas abdomen very tight upper middle abdomen..what should be the reason please help..m submitting latest blood report nd ultrsound.what type of organ its related..can i take rifaximin for it dypepsia because i have gastritis nd epigastric pain that does not heall what the treatment of dyspepsia or gastritis best treament.can i take rifagut 200 mg for gastritis nd dyspepsia nd what medicine please helpp..treatment of dyspepsia gastritis fatty liver help watch my report

Rifaximin is not for dyspepsia or gastritis as you say. Proper history of your eating and drinking habits needs to be noted. Avoid Spicy and oily food. Include more of salad, fruits in your diet. Antacid syrup will help.
