Constipation problem
My 3.8 yrs old child always suffers from constipation and his stools become hard and he sometimes drinks tea and coffee and milk toomuch .he has not gone to toilet from 3 days says feels like coming but has got afraid that his stools are hard and doesn't goes.whats should be done.

Diet should have abundant fruits salads sprouts green vegetables etc
